GHOST - A Benefit for Artspace Community Clay
Please join us at Greenfield Garden Cinemas on Thursday, February 13th at 7pm for a fabulous showing of the 1990 classic, Ghost, and for a whole lot of fundraising fun!
Silent auction begins at 6pm, seating begins at 6:30pm, movie begins at 7pm. There will be an intermission to grab snacks, drinks, and to check in on your auction-bidding! This movie fundraiser is hosted at Greenfield Garden Cinemas. Admission by sliding-scale suggested donation.
Sam Wheat (Patrick Swayze) is a banker, Molly Jensen (2025 Golden Globe winner, Demi Moore) is an artist, and the two are madly in love. However, when Sam is murdered by friend and corrupt business partner Carl Bruner (Tony Goldwyn) over a shady business deal, he is left to roam the earth as a powerless spirit. When he learns of Carl's betrayal, Sam must seek the help of psychic Oda Mae Brown (Whoopi Goldberg) to set things right and protect Molly from Carl and his goons.
Alongside this classic, nostalgic, and steamy film, we will be hosting a stellar silent auction of mugs donated by our incredible community of local ceramicists and potters! 100% of proceeds from seat reservations and the silent auction go directly to Artspace's Community Clay Fundraising efforts. This is an in-person class hosted by Artspace Community Arts Center, located at 15 Mill st, Greenfield, Massachusetts. Unless stated otherwise, all materials needed for our classes are provided upon arrival, covered by the registration fee.
